Muscat – Oman’s Jewel

Muscat has the tendency to surprise me after every visit. We went to Muscat (the capital city of Oman) during our short April holiday. We combined a birthday party with a bit of sightseeing and shopping. We took our friends to the Grand Mosque and went to the Armed Forces Museum to slurp up some history and culture. The Mutrah Souq was also high on our to do list during this trip. What is a holiday without eating all the things Tim Noakes warned you about? So we’ve made sure that we indulges in all that Muscat has to offer.
